GAME DEMONSTRATION AND DROP OFF AT THE BRITISH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

On September 20, David and I went to the British International School to demonstrate and drop off a GIANT Math Winder (to learn how to play GIANT Math Winder click here). The presentation included staff members, and 1st and 4th graders. The students we engaged in playing GIANT Math Winder were excited play and challenge each other. Students recognized they needed to work together in order to succeed and the teams that worked together WON every time. Some of my favorite quotes from the day were “This is my favorite game!” which garnered quick reply from another student “ME too!” But, the best quote I heard was “We have to work together.” Doing game drop off and demonstrations is really fun for us, because we get to see how learning excites students of all ages. Apparently teamwork excited them, too!
